[ how we work ]

First we understand. Then we build.

Most business software fails at the first step — it gets bought before the problem is understood. Our method exists to make that impossible: every engagement moves through the same five steps, and every step gives you something you can hold.

  1. 01

    Problem statement

    Free

The enquiry form or a first call, written up and played back to you: here is the problem as we understood it. Nothing is proposed yet — proposing before understanding is how bad software gets bought.

    You get

Your problem, in writing, understood correctly.

  2. 02

    Discovery audit

    Paid · credited against deployment

A site visit and interviews — the owner, the floor, the accountant — and a study of how the business actually runs. Paid because free audits attract tyre-kickers; modest because it is the trust purchase.

    You get

A day of serious attention on your operation.

  3. 03

    Solution blueprint

    The audit’s deliverable

The problem statement, the current-state map, the proposed system, the phased plan, and a fixed price — written so you can hold it, question it, and keep it whether or not you proceed.

    You get

The full plan and the number, before you commit a rupee to deployment.

  4. 04

    Pilot

    Fixed price · 90 days

One module, one line, or one meter set — with written success criteria agreed up front. It ends with a go/no-go that both sides can exit cleanly.

    You get

Working software against your real data, and a clean way out.

  5. 05

    Deploy & support

    Deployment + AMC

Implementation, training, and then the part most vendors skip: support under a written SLA, a quarterly review against the numbers you actually check, and source-code escrow on ERP deployments.

    You get

A running system, and an organization that answers.

The refusals are part of the method.

Step one costs nothing.

Send the problem statement. We reply in writing within three working days — an honest read of the problem, and whether we can help.
