[ track record ]
Every engagement, written up the same way.
The problem statement. The solution engineered. The measured outcome. Three fields, always the same three — so you can compare engagements instead of decoding marketing. Where a number is not measured yet, it says “being measured” rather than inventing one.
Case 01 · Business software
The problem statement
A processing business ran procurement, batches, stock and compliance across paper registers, spreadsheets and memory. Tally covered the accounts; nothing covered the operation. Tracing a batch from farm to finished SKU meant days of searching, and the numbers the owner needed — per-batch, per-product costing — did not exist anywhere.
The solution engineered
A vertical ERP engineered around the actual flow of a food business: procurement from contracted farms, batch-level traceability with FSSAI and GST compliance built in rather than bolted on, a floor-first mobile app for shift workers, and costing dashboards built around the questions the owner actually asks. It sits beside Tally; the accountant’s workflow does not change.
The outcome
- ■In daily production, running procurement, batches and compliance end to end.
- ■Batch-trace time: from days of register work to a lookup.
- ■Stock accuracy and costing coverage: being measured for publication.
Case 02 · Plant & energy systems
The problem statement
A cold-storage and processing plant ran on NH₃ refrigeration, a packing hall, and a floor of machines that all have to be watched at once — through the grey, modal HMI screens that ship with the hardware, impossible to read at a glance during a 22:00 fault.
The solution engineered
A browser-native SCADA built from one strict asset model: every screen composes from the same primitives, each equipment renders as a live mini-P&ID with animated refrigerant, air, oil and water flow, and data points and controls wire straight to the PLC over Modbus. Green runs, red trips — the plant reads as a process, not a settings menu.
The outcome
- ■Supervising a live NH₃ refrigeration and processing plant daily.
- ■23 equipment types drawn and wired, from screw compressors to blanchers.
- ■Faults caught before they became downtime: being measured for publication.
Case 03 · Plant & energy systems
The problem statement
The power bill arrived as one opaque number at the end of the month. Which machine, which shift, which habit was driving it — nobody could say, so nobody could act on it.
The solution engineered
Meter-level measurement across the plant, reported as the numbers an owner checks: consumption by area and by shift, the loads that spike, and the baseline that makes a saving visible when it happens.
The outcome
- ■Metering a live plant.
- ■Savings against baseline: being measured for publication.
First deployment for all three: Sunshine Vegetables, a food processing and cold-chain company in Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh — the operating environment these systems were first engineered for. The same discipline is applied to any company’s problem; this page grows one fixed-format entry per engagement.
