The lab doesn't pad headcount. Senior hires only — typically 6+ years of shipping work I'd be proud of. The site is the recruiting filter; everything you need to decide whether this is a place you'd belong is already on it.
[ hiring philosophy ]
The lab will be small for a long time.
The lab grows only when growth makes the work better — not when growth makes the lab look bigger. A second person joins when there is more work that deserves doing well than one person can do well.
Compensation is transparent — every role's band is published in the role description. We don't negotiate from a position of "what's the lowest you'll accept;" we pay what the band says and we mean it.
We don't ask for take-home tests. We don't ask for LeetCode. We don't ask for unpaid trial weeks. The last round of every hiring process is a one-hour conversation about a piece of work you'd like to show.
